I have purchased a new Hyundai ALCAZAR car chassis no: MALPC813MPM845327 (vehicle registration number is temporary) from Sunrise Autoworld Private Limited (Authorized dealer of Hyundai) plot no-205, Patparganj Ind. Area, New Delhi-110092 on date 11/12/2024 with full payment. When we received car from the showroom, its already 500 km running car according to the meter. From day one I am facing problem in the car with engine error showing on the meter suddenly. Due to this error, car stuck in the fourth gear. When this error shows on the meter, car run only 789 km according to the dashboard meter.
After this problem, I visit the nearest Hyundai showroom i.e. Park Hyundai Showroom, Sangrur to resolve the problem of the car on date 20/12/2024. When we reached Park Hyundai, Sangrur, they checked the car properly and found the error in the car i.e. PO88000 (TCM Power Input Signal). After 3-4 hours checkup of the car they handover the car to me and said that the problem has been resolved and your car is completely ‘OK’. Day after checkup on 24/12/2024, I got same problem in the car during family trip. Car stuck in fourth gear but we survive from the accident by luck, then we refused our trip and come back to Park Hyundai showroom, Sangrur. Once again they detect same error PO88000 (TCM Power Input Signal) and they asked me to leave the car for 2-3 days in the workshop for the further checkup, but my family was with me at that time, so I refused their offer and go back to home with same error PO88000. After I deal with GM of the Sunrise Autoworld Pvt, Ltd. Hyundai, Patparganj, New Delhi telephonically. On telephone discussion, they offered me to visit the showroom on date 29/12/2024. I reached their on same date i.e. 29/12/2024 early in the morning. After that they properly checked the car for 6-7 hours. After fully checkup they handover the car to me and said that car is completely alright with full confidence. When they handover the car to me, the running meter shows 1448 km on the dashboard. When we came back to home after travelling 300km to Dhuri(Sangrur), same problem comes once again and car stuck in the fourth gear and reading shown on the meter is 1756 km. Next day, I call Mr. Tiwari, GM of Sunrise Hyundai Patparganj, New Delhi. After discussion with his colleagues Mr Tiwari said me to go to Park Hyundai, Sangrur once again to resolve the issue. Then after 2-3 days on 03/01/2024, I visit Park Hyundai, Sangrur once again. At that time running meter shows 1776 km on the dashboard. Park Hyundai serviceman properly checked the car and ride 40-50 km personally with me. They said to me now your car is completely OK, but when we reached home, Same problem occurs after travelling 30km, at that time running meter shows 1844 km on the dashboard.
Now, I completely fed-up with the problem and I am a heart patient also. Due to this problem I feel completely harassed , Now I want proper solution of this problem from yourside and resolve the issue with replacement of this car, otherwise there will be no there option for me to deal lagally.'2409:40D1:1123:7AB:E0F8:8777:8CFF:E4D6 (talk) 17:44, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
